The leporello Stones and Tablets is the result of a work that began in the deep snowy Corona winter 2020/21 in the Black Forest. A broken iPad found in the forest, as well as a stone druse from Piz Segnes (Switzerland) were reproduced several times in wax, adding fluorescence and staged with fog and UV light. As part of Jessica Twitchell’s Neo-Luddism series, they appear like relics from a post-technologized future, returned in dense tones to the alchemical cycle of resources.

Das Leporello Stones and Tablets ist Resultat einer Arbeit, die im tief verschneiten Corona Winter 2020/21 im Schwarzwald begann. Ein im Wald gefundenes kaputtes iPad, sowie eine Stein-Druse vom Piz Segnes (Schweiz) wurden mehrfach in Wachs reproduziert, dabei mit Fluoreszenz versetzt und mit Nebel und UV-Licht inszeniert. Als Teil der Neo-Luddismus Serien von Jessica Twitchell erscheinen sie wie Relikte aus einer post-technisierten Zukunft, in dichten Tönen zurückgeführt in den alchimistischen Kreislauf der Ressourcen.
